As a seasoned Advertising Strategy Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of East West Tea Company LLC's retail media presence. About the Role The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing retail media campaigns across retail platforms, with a strong understanding of retail media ecosystems, algorithms, and paid search strategies. You will be responsible for driving strategy, management, and optimization of retail media efforts to meet overall ecommerce and retail marketing goals. - Oversee the end-to-end management of campaigns across retail media platforms, including keyword research, bidding strategies, budget management, and continuous optimization for performance improvement - Drive A/B testing and experimentation across retail media platforms to continually improve campaign performance, exploring new advertising formats, audience targeting, and creative approaches - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product launches, seasonal promotions, and overall brand strategies across our retail partners Requirements - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) - 3+ years of experience managing retail media campaigns across retail platforms - Strong knowledge of other retail media networks such as Walmart Media Group, Target Roundel, and Instacart - Solid understanding of retail media ecosystems, algorithms, and paid search strategies
