KXLY TV/Phase 3 Digital is hiring a Digital Sales Specialist who will play an active role in gaining new client partnerships, developing and executing effective marketing strategies, and consistently building their own knowledge of this evolving industry. If you are interested in learning about a wide variety of businesses, have a knack for coming up with creative ad messaging and are curious about the latest and greatest digital platforms, we would like to speak with you. What you’ll do: • Accompany Media Sales Specialists on sales calls to assist specifically with digital advertising opportunities • You will be responsible for sharing the digital advertising solutions and capabilities we offer to potential clients, and explore partnership opportunities • Engage with clients in a consultive manner to understand and capitalize on client needs • Serve as sales support for acquiring new clients specific to digital marketing • Partner and strategize with Media Sales Specialists to create unique and professional presentations with effective marketing solutions to drive results for clients • Create and maintain media presentations and digital sales materials that include imagery, audio and video • Assist with exceeding company’s monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue budget goals • Work closely with the Digital Development Specialists to maintain knowledge of our online marketing capabilities and services • Be proficient on the digital platforms necessary for campaign execution, including social media platforms, third-party programmatic platforms and 4 News Now web and app platforms • Understand and execute consistently our client partnership systems, including sales calls, strategy development, presentations, fulfillment, campaign optimization and reporting • Implement and optimize client campaigns, and generate campaign reports • Identify and troubleshoot issues that may occur with active online campaigns • Continued study of available online platforms: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, Pinterest Academy, etc. Who wouldn’t want to work with the best in the business?
