POSITIONS AVAILABLE QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of three years of sales experience 2+ years online advertising, digital media, or analytics sales experience Must have a demonstrable track record of commercial success and revenue growth Must have extensive experience of (and be passionate about) building and growing successful relationships Strong consultative sales skills, relationship building, external and internal customer satisfaction management Strong understanding of internet advertising technologies Experience developing a new territory including lead generation and cold calling Ability to carry and deliver on a sales budget Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to work both independently and in a team environment Energetic self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit Strong work ethic Able to sell to small business owners Organized and detail oriented with professional presentation ability Willing to embrace new technology and social media MS Office suite & Google Spreadsheet proficiency Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel Must be comfortable to work in the cannabis Industry and work within the cannabis community. Familiar with cannabis industry preferred RESPONSIBILITIES Primary focus will be on developing new business both through new customer acquisition and selling new digital solutions to existing and new customer accounts This position will be responsible for managing all phases of the sales pipeline Particular emphasis on identifying and prospecting to new customers and recognizing opportunities to drive profitable revenue in targeted vertical markets This position will be responsible for attaining sales goals and communicating progress to goals and strategies/tactics to reach revenue targets with NCM’s sales system This position will call on a variety of businesses and must be able to communicate NCM’s value proposition in helping them drive their bottom line performance Develop and execute a detailed business plan to grow revenue opportunities from new prospects within each market Prospect and hunt for new business Develop & sell effective and high return digital campaigns Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Work with digital team to on-board new customers and facilitate knowledge transfer Understand the value of NCM’s products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and articulate NCM’s benefits in a manner meaningful to the customer Manage a sales pipeline and monthly sales forecast as well as activity tracking This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time Frequent computer use for extended periods of time PT COMPENSATION Inquire within FT COMPENSATION During 3-6 Month Trial Period Base $2k/month + Potential Commission 5k-12k+/month (This really is unlimited!)
