Details: The Digital Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy and follow-through of orders related to digital advertising campaigns. This individual will play a critical role in monitoring campaign pacing and deliverables, in addition to managing station promotions, contesting, and marketing efforts on the station’s digital platforms. Experience: • Monitor campaign pacing & deliverables • Manage order entry and billing reconciliation oversight of digital orders • Orchestrate creative changes, pull analytic reports & other digital tasking • Pull website stats and trending data • Coordinate social campaigns for sales and digital content • Assist in creating digital content strategy • Assist with special projects as needed • Perform basic product, industry and competitive research, document findings in concise format via PowerPoint, Word, Excel, as requested • Work closely with partner departments (news, sales etc.) Requirements: • 2+ years of digital marketing, digital advertising sales, digital advertising project management or like experience preferred • Basic knowledge of the local digital marketing service product offerings • Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively both independently and while collaborating in a team environment • Effective communication skills & ability to interact positively with co-workers • Ability to execute in an organization through collaboration and a consultative process • Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proven ability to meet and exceed expectations • Meaningful contribution in sales meetings, especially on digital marketing topics • Be an effective partner with the market's sales team in generating digital revenue • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record / reliable vehicle.
