Digital Sales Support Specialist

WDJT-TV CBS 58, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Digital Sales Support Specialist that is passionate about local digital advertising. This is a salaried position based in Milwaukee serving as the main point of contact for local sales teams on corporate-managed digital sales services for Weigel Broadcasting’s various digital extensions of their local brands.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with local AEs on how to utilize digital sales products to develop client-focused marketing solutions and strategies across multiple digital platformsUse your knowledge of digital advertising to help local AEs build sales proposals and strategies that will help our advertisers get great results on their digital ad investmentCommunicate in-person with our local sales team in Milwaukee, and virtually with our local sales teams in Chicago and South BendParticipate in client-facing communications and presentations to local clients as it relates to digital ad campaigns and servicesOversee post-sale digital advertising accounts across local TV stations, web properties, and vendorsOnboard all digital direct orders for TV station O&O websites and third-party vendorsCoordinate with the corporate digital team on campaign implementation across Google Ad Manager and third-party vendorsSet up and maintain ad campaigns on Weigel’s local digital properties using Google Ad ManagerProvide campaign optimization recommendations to local clients and Account Executives to enhance performanceSustain regular pacing reports for all active campaigns to ensure 100% delivery, flag recommended adjustments and create recaps for local advertiser campaignsMaintain clear and detailed communication with the Sales team and vendors ensuring local advertiser orders are activated correctly and run as scheduledEngage directly with our third-party ad vendors related to active local digital sales campaignsWhat You’ve Done

Account management with a publisher website2-3 years working with direct sales order implementationWorking knowledge of Google Ad ManagerFamiliarity with video and display ad serving terminology and reportingDemonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally across departments and locationsMulti-tasked and thrived in a fast-paced environmentIf you have what we are looking for, please apply with your resume and cover letter.
