Audience, Tracking & Technical Setup • Build and manage custom audiences, remarketing audiences, and conversion tracking across platforms • Set up and manage: • Meta Pixels • LinkedIn Insight Tags • Google Ads conversions • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager goals • Troubleshoot access, tracking, and platform issues independently before escalating when needed • Conduct event tracking and conversion audits as part of onboarding and ongoing optimization Reporting, Analysis & Optimization • Analyze campaign performance and identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement • Support monthly reporting and ad hoc reporting requests • Make data-driven recommendations to account managers and strategists • Participate in quality assurance reviews of campaigns, landing pages, targeting, and user experience Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience • Proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Microsoft/Bing, and LinkedIn • Experience with mobile location targeting/geofencing platforms preferred • Experience working with schools, education, or mission-driven organizations is a plus • Google Ads and Analytics Certifications preferred This is a full-time role with a salary commensurate with experience.
