Digital Services Director - 4KDQ

As part of an agency, you will be immersed in a fast- paced environment and be an essential resource to clients by providing guidance, strategy, developing briefs, presentations and managing vendors. \\- Become familiarized with client’s industry and competitors to strategize new ideas and avenues of growth \\- Be part of quality control – lead troubleshooting teams and ensure quality issues are resolved accordingly \\- Be hands-on when needed and ensure that digital performance aligns with the agency standards Background profile: \\- Robust understanding and hands-on experience in all digital platforms including web, Apps, email, social, blogs, advertisement and more \\- Experience working and managing digital production artist and managing production process/timelines \\- Ability to stay abreast of new developing digital marketing technologies and trends \\- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JQuery/ JavaScript (Front-End), as well as PHP and WordPress development \\- Experience using and creating web- based animation tools/libraries \\- Large applicable understanding of SEO in relation to development best practices \\- Ability to create database architecture and administer usability testing cross platform \\- Experience reporting on project progress and straying within timelines/budgets \\- Large experience leading creative teams, problem solving, conceptualizing several options and making decisions with little to no supervision \\- Ability to eloquently communicate and defend agency recommendations with clients and vendors \\- Excellent communications, organizational and project management skills \\- Robust Adobe CC experience is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, XD, etc.) \\- BS/BA Degree and 7-10 years of experience in a digital agency, managing client accounts and leading creative/development teams This is an on-site full time opportunity for a company in Nashville, TN.
