Digital & Social Media Coordinator - Part Time

SUMMARY: This is a part-time position, 4-5 hours per week with the potential to increase hours. The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, working with the marketing team to implement the social media strategy and completing digital projects in order to increase online presence and improve marketing efforts, focusing on digital advertising and search engine optimization, development of online marketing calendars, creating engaging audience-specific content and monitoring for effectiveness, improving existing content, and supporting the marketing department, as well as other assigned task as needed. Measure content effectiveness and help create a continuous process of improvement.Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies Comfortable with taking a project from idea to completion independently. Ability to develop original content for multiple channels aimed at reaching internally set goals Own and manage online marketing calendars Detail oriented and exceptional organizational skills Willing to try new methods to achieve better results, and work outside of their comfort zone with a positive attitude. Great leadership skills Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time- management skills Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research Good understanding of social media KPIs QUALIFICATIONS: BA Degree in a related field (preferably) Minimum of 1 year of related experience Graphic design a plus.
