Leading and growing our digital marketing departmentRecruiting, managing, mentoring, training, and developing digital marketing team membersBuilding a high-performing, accountable, collaborative digital team cultureEstablishing workflows, performance expectations, accountability standards, and operational processes across the departmentEvaluating team performance, coaching employees for growth, and addressing performance issues professionally when necessaryManaging strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, organic social media, SEO, content marketing, analytics, automation, and conversion optimizationDeveloping and overseeing both paid and organic growth initiatives across multiple digital platformsDriving organic search visibility, audience growth, engagement, and long-term brand authority through strategic SEO and organic social initiativesUnderstanding client objectives, expectations, deliverables, timelines, and business demands —then executing at a high levelManaging multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-moving environmentDriving measurable ROI and performance improvements across campaignsDeveloping advanced reporting, attribution, and analytics frameworksImplementing AI tools and emerging technologies into client strategies and internal workflowsPresenting strategy, reporting, and insights confidently to clients and leadershipStaying ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, consumer behavior shifts, and industry innovationAdditional Expectations Applicants must be comfortable presenting strategies, reporting, recommendations, and performance insights directly to clients and agency leadership.Qualifications 5+ years digital agency experience REQUIREDProven success managing and optimizing a minimum of $50,000+ per month in digital and search advertising budgetsProven experience managing, mentoring, and developing digital marketing teams in an agency environmentDemonstrated leadership experience building high-performing teams and improving operational accountabilityStrong organizational, communication, and personnel management skills requiredStrong Expertise In You are: Applicants must currently reside within reasonable commuting distance of Syracuse, NY or be willing to relocate prior to employment.This is an on-site, in-office position.
