About the RoleArk7 is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and growth across digital channels. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, increase investor engagement, and improve conversion performance.

The ideal candidate has hands on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing marketing performance, and scaling customer acquisition programs. We are particularly interested in candidates with agency experience who have managed multiple campaigns, budgets, and performance objectives across different channels and industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platformsMonitor and improve campaign performance using metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead qualityConduct audience research, keyword research, and competitive analysisCreate and test ad copy, creative concepts, landing pages, and targeting strategiesAnalyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendationsBuild and maintain marketing dashboards and performance reportsCollaborate with design, content, and product teams to execute growth initiativesManage campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and scaleStay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
Qualifications3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, paid media, or a digital marketing agency environmentProven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platformsStrong analytical skills and data driven decision makingExperience with campaign testing, attribution, conversion tracking, and landing page optimizationProficiency with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, or similar reporting toolsExcellent communication and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment

Preferred QualificationsExperience at a digital marketing, performance marketing, or advertising agencyExperience managing monthly paid media budgets of $25,000+ across multiple channelsExperience in fintech, investing, real estate, proptech, financial services, or other regulated industriesFamiliarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpotUnderstanding of customer acquisition funnels, attribution models, and lifecycle marketingExperience working in a high growth startup environment
