Job Description:Robert Half is seeking an Advertising Campaign Strategist to join the team of a dynamic political creative agency. As the advertising campaign strategist, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, developing, and executing advertising campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve client objectives. Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy Development:• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand target demographics, political landscapes, and campaign objectives.• Develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with client goals, leveraging insights from research and data analysis.• Collaborate with creative teams to translate strategic insights into compelling campaign concepts and messaging.Media Planning and Buying:• Identify optimal media channels and platforms for reaching target audiences... effectively.• Develop media plans that maximize reach, frequency, and impact within allocated budgets.• Negotiate media buys and placements to secure favorable rates and placements.Message Development and Testing:• Craft persuasive messaging and content tailored to resonate with target audiences and align with campaign goals.• Conduct message testing and optimization to refine messaging strategies based on audience feedback and performance metrics.• Utilize A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize ad creative and messaging for maximum effectiveness.Campaign Implementation and Management:• Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.• Monitor campaign performance and metrics, providing regular reporting and analysis to clients and internal teams.• Optimize campaign strategies in real-time based on performance data and emerging trends.Client Relationship Management:• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance, updates, and recommendations throughout the campaign lifecycle.• Collaborate closely with account managers to address client feedback, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Political Science, or a related field.• Proven experience in advertising campaign strategy, preferably in a political or advocacy-focused setting.• Strong understanding of political landscapes, campaign dynamics, and voter behavior.• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective advertising strategies that drive measurable results.• Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimization techniques.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively.• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.• Experience working with media planning and buying platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. ).• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to political advertising (preferred
