This is a role with one of Slalom’s global teams. You will advise and guide business stakeholders to define the future of their digital marketing capabilities – bridging the gap between the business and technology to transform the organization and build engaging and highly personalized experiences for customers.What You’ll DoGuide business stakeholders to resolve problems surrounding digital strategy and MarTechAnalyze and understand client’s Marketing and Advertising Technology maturity and needs from a people / process / system perspectiveDefine MarTech strategies and solutions across marketing, sales, and serviceDrive omni-channel orchestrated experiences leveraging industry-leading marketing automation platforms and closely connected technologies (CDP, CRM, analytics, etc. )Deliver strategic insights on digital collaboration tools, business models, D2C systems, and demand generation through digital marketingHelp build next-generation marketing teams and capabilities at Fortune 500 brands that seek to modernize their marketing operations, talent mix, and technology stacksContribute to team development through coaching / mentoring, and by supporting recruiting activities and onboardingCore SkillsUse Case & Requirements gatheringMaturity Modeling AssessmentAgile Marketing TransformationCompetitive BenchmarkingMarTech / AdTech Strategy & PlanningStrategic Planning & Roadmap DevelopmentBusiness Case DevelopmentWhat You’ll BringExperience with sales activities and pursuits, including business development, proposals, statements of work, and revenue targets of $1M-2.5M+Deep subject matter expertise in digital transformation and topics relating to digital strategy and marketingProficiency in developing roadmaps for marketing technology ecosystems needed to better serve customers (e.g., marketing automation platform, CDP)Experience collaborating with clients to identify barriers for execution of their vision and advise on ways to obtain alignment and actionAbility to lead and facilitate workshops – discovery, brainstorming, review, and final read-outExperience working with cross-functional teams, having developed ideas to bring together brand goals and tailor objectives and consumer needsCompensation and BenefitsSlalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. The base pay salary range for a Senior Principal in California is $140,000 to $258,000 and the targeted base salary is $180,000 to $215,000.
