Key Responsibilities: • Digital Marketing Specialist will plan and implement digital marketing strategies across paid search, social media, email, and display advertising • Manage and optimize content for websites, landing pages, and social platforms to align with brand messaging • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social insights; provide actionable recommendations • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality marketing assets • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities • As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will maintain and improve SEO/SEM strategies to boost visibility and traffic • Track and report on KPIs such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn) • Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs • Strong analytical and communication skills • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt strategies to evolving business needs The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
