ResponsibilitiesLead global & U.S. communications for an investigational antiretroviral, including regulatory approvals, scientific data presentations/publications, and business/reputation milestones.Oversee communications for pricing, value, and patient access; partner with Policy and internal/external stakeholders.Amplify commitment and engagement with the HIV community, including brand-supportive, unbranded programming.Deliver internal/external communications aligned to corporate narrative and HIV strategy; partner with global & U.S. HIV marketing leaders.Evaluate and execute innovative omni-channel strategies for internal/external stakeholders.Develop communications strategies/materials for global regions/subsidiaries; advise on franchise/product communications issues.Liaise with advocacy organizations, external experts (e.g., researchers), and trade/local news media.Work with PR agencies; manage related budgets.Manage a direct report supporting the HIV portfolio.Education RequirementsMinimum BA required.Qualifications/Requirements8+ years in communications/PR in pharma or related industry.Excellent written/oral communications across multiple channels.Strong project management; can juggle competing priorities.Collaborative, fast-paced, high-visibility success.Budget and agency management experience.Ability to develop strategic comms plans and execute tactically.Preferred Experience HIV experience; people management/leadership.Required Skills: Communications Strategy, Content Creation, Crisis Communication Management, Digital Communications, Executive Presence, Internal Communications, Media Campaigns, Media Relations, Omnichannel Management, PR, Social Media Strategies, Stakeholder Engagement.BenefitsMedical/dental/vision coverageRetirement/401(k) planPaid holidays/vacationCompassionate and sick days#J-18808-Ljbffr
