General Summary of Duties: The Director of Marketing directs the creation, execution, and ongoing analysis of the JW Marriott Nashville’s marketing strategy and related projects, specifically brand/creative, digital, communications, and experiential activation associated with the property’s objectives. • Partners with Director of Sales and Marketing to develop the annual marketing plan to achieve both short and long-term revenue and marketing objectives • Directs the marketing team and agencies while liaseing with corporate and Marriott team in the design, production, and dissemination of marketing materials both internal and external, taking into account ROI at all times. • Develops the internal cross-promotional marketing materials to maximize property wider revenue opportunities. Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related major required
