Direct Mail Marketing Lead, responsible for developing and executing the direct mail strategy to drive customer acquisition and growth for the card business in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the direct mail strategy, including targeting, offer design, and testing roadmap Partner with credit teams to ensure profitable customer acquisition through direct mail Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, including planning, vendor coordination, and performance analysis Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with direct mail for lending products, preferably credit cards Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and performance evaluation Understanding of prescreened acquisition strategies and their intersection with credit policy Ability to work autonomously and manage execution of an end-to-end channel Results-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation and measurable outcomes
