Direct Marketing Campaign Supervisor

Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all functions of direct mail and email campaigns. In the absence of the department manager, may also be responsible for supervising junior personnel. Create criteria, matrices, and coordinate with, the Database/Direct Mail Manager, to extract the appropriate lists of players for each direct mail piece.Coordinate and proof direct mail projects with printers to ensure accuracy and quality of projects.Upload offers for each direct mail project in the player tracking system.Handle any guest calls relating to direct mail and handle or escalate issues and problems as needed.Assist in maintaining an accurate and efficient database.Responsible for current, revised, or new direct mail submissions.Responsible for maintaining and implementation of the monthly campaign.Must ensure that the campaign is always completed in a timely and efficient manner.Maintain 100% compliance with the direct mail checklist.
