Offered at U.S. based resorts, the College Internship Program - Marketing and Sales is an immersion program offering participants work experience in one of our Sales Centers throughout the company. Successful College Interns will be given a high level of consideration when applying for future career opportunities with Marriott Vacations Worldwide. Participants will be expected to learn and preform the job duties of the position(s) within their assigned department. For example, in a Marketing Internship the participant may be expected to learn and master the role of a non-commissioned marketing associate in addition to opportunities to learn aspects of the commission-based roles, sales department, and other areas. • All interns for whom a uniform has been provided must wear the appropriate uniform.
