Effectv, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable, helps local, regional and national advertisers use the best of digital with the power of TV to grow their business. Builds overall focus on efficiency and client experience while providing leaders direction and the ability to implement strategy.Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesInterfaces with Advertising Sales and other departments to coordinate success of campaign and overall client experience.Works closely with sales team to understand schedules for major initiatives and advertising campaign introductions.Oversees key business metrics and analyses and addresses issues with appropriate personnel.Develops operational policies and procedures and effectively communicates them with the Advertising Sales teams.Manages, mentors, and develops a team of Advertising leaders.Ensures adherence to budgets and monitors capital spending.Leads the copy and content operations to ensure commercial advertisements run per a client's contract.
