You also understand both endemic and non-endemic categories and can confidently navigate complex buying structures within holding companies and independent agencies.If you’re motivated by building something, winning new business, and owning a market, let’s talk.Key Responsibilities Prospect, pitch, and close net‑new business across CTV, digital video, and You TubeOwn and grow a defined book of business across NYC and East Coast agencies and brandsDeliver high‑impact presentations that position Sensical as a must‑buy for endemic children’s/family brands and major non‑endemic advertisers seeking brand‑safe reach with children and familiesCreate urgency and demand around Sensical’s differentiated, brand‑safe offeringRepresent Sensical in‑market at events, agency, and brand meetings, and industry forumsMaintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecastingQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or Communications preferredExpertise closing meaningful deals across CTV, FAST, and digital video, including large‑scale You Tube advertising programsExperience navigating agency holding companies and working with planning and investment teamsExperience using Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and client trackingProficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for sales tracking, forecasting, and reportingHands‑on experience with Google Ads, GAM with ability to analyze campaign performanceStrong, active relationships with NYC and East Coast–based agencies and brand marketersDemonstrated success closing and renewing businessRelentless prospecting mindset with a high level of activity and ownershipComfortable selling into a fast‑evolving streaming marketplaceHighly self‑motivated, disciplined, and performance‑drivenExcellent spoken and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsWork authorization in the United States (required I‑9 verification)Why Join Cricket Media and the Sensical Brand?Clear whitespace opportunity…
