Job Summary

As a Director of Advertising Sales, you serve as an influential leader who oversees the management of the local sales teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and sales plans that drive revenue generation. Collaboration is the core of your work as you will work cross-functionally with a variety of internal teams and sales leadership, along with hiring, supervising, motivating, and training Local Sales Managers and teams.

Required Qualifications
Experience: Sales management (5+ years), management/leadership experience (4+ years)Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Skills: Communication, leadership, negotiation, strategy, collaborationAbilities: Relationship building, sales lead conversion, managing deadlines and priorities, developing new business opportunities, knowledge of sales reporting and systemsTravel Abilities: Travel/client trips may be required
