OverviewReporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will partner closely with Sales, Product Solutions, Capital Markets, Community Investment, and others to drive growth in the Banks's products and services and increase the overall awareness of our Bank with our key audiences. ResponsibilitiesEstablish, lead, and oversee B2B marketing, content, and campaign strategies that increase engagement with our members to grow product utilizationDevelop compelling B2B content strategies across traditional and digital channels to reach our membersCollaborate with Sales, Product Solutions, Capital Markets, and others to align marketing support with Bank strategy and revenue growth goalsDevelop and manage enterprise advertising campaigns to grow our Bank's awareness with our key audiencesMonitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimizationPartner with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing programsPartner closely with Internal Communications to internally promote marketing programs and campaignsUse research and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovationProduce and manage experience marketing by producing events, webinars, etc. The Bank is committed to offering all team members challenging and engaging work with market competitive pay, retirement, and benefit offerings.
