Job Summary The role works as a collaborative and "hands-on" leader to inspire trust in others and build consensus with internal and external partners to accelerate growth and provoke change. Creative Strategy & Campaign Development • Work alongside creative agency partner to develop comprehensive brand strategies for product launches and brand initiatives • Develop brand, communication and content plans to bolster brand love and relevancy • Understand audience insights working collaboratively with strategy teams to apply such insights to creative work • Lead cross-functional programming to leverage integrated touchpoints (product, packaging, advertising, website, digital media, promotions, PR, loyalty, etc.) Content & Marketing Asset Development and Team Oversight • Direct all elements of the creative process required to deliver the Annual Calendar • Manage all internal creative personnel and direct all external creative resources, including advertising agencies, creative production companies, freelance resources, etc. Execute Effectively & Optimize • Possess a critical eye for great creative work with the opportunity to lead and shape to delivery breakthrough, buzzworthy content • Effectively use data to generate insights for creative and content development excellence • Seamlessly implement content plans to deliver against brand, financial and shared objectives • Monitor performance measurements to ensure the brand is tracking against goals; recommend and implement corrective actions; quarterly collaboration on brand health scorecard • Create best practices and case studies from proven campaigns that can be replicated across promotional periods • Manage Advertising/Content Manager and Specialist roles to support overall creative content goals and advertising campaign needs
