Director, Advertising Sales - Walmart Connect - CTV

The leader should also have a demonstrated ability to thrive in an overlay environment where they have worked with other sales teams as the team will need to consult with other Walmart Connect sales leaders to understand needs and deliver against objectives. Ideal candidates will have management experience as well as extensive experience selling or buying CTV with some experience in retail media. Be responsible for driving results while strategically building a structured Walmart CTV Sales Specialist team Play a critical role in building, inspiring, training and managing a talented, motivated, highly consultative sales team Work collaboratively with cross functional teams such as Sales Strategy and Enablement, Product Marketing, Product, and Measurement and Insights to maximize effective utilization of the CTV Sales Specialist team Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development Evangelize WMC with agencies, clients and at targeted events, conferences and media opportunities and champion WMC product releases internally and externally Strong ability to forecast and efficiently allocate resources to drive profitable business results You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
