Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent/Vice President of People, Culture, and Talent, plan, organize, implement and administer the activities and operations of the District’s benefits, leaves, & risk management programs including liability and property insurance programs, safety and loss control programs, and worker's compensation program. • Serve as a liaison between insurance carriers, claims, and other administrators, and appropriate District staff related to claims and safety hazards. • Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment. • Read, interpret, apply, and explain laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures related to risk management. • Plan and organize work.
