We aren't just looking for anybody, we are dedicated to finding someone who enjoys what they do, enjoys the people they work with and for, and want to be part of a growth oriented, people first, purposeful organization that is dedicated to the customer, and its mission and vision.What You'll DoOwn and drive marketing objectives that fuel growth across a multi-brand portfolioTranslate brand vision into clear strategies, actionable plans, and standout executionLead cross-functional go-to-market launches that build awareness, acquisition, and retentionEnsure brand consistency and excellence across all channels and touchpointsUse consumer insights, data, and analytics to measure ROI, optimize spend, and sharpen strategyLead, coach, and develop a high-performing brand marketing team against KPIs and long-term goalsCollaborate with internal partners and select agency teams to create demand and competitive advantageStay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and white-space opportunities to shape future pipelinesWhat You'll NeedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)7+ years of brand marketing experience within a CPG organization, with meaningful in-house experience supporting multiple brands3+ years of people leadership experienceProven success leading brands across B2B and DTC channelsStrong track record developing brand strategies and executing integrated marketing programsDeep expertise in consumer insights, brand analytics, and go-to-market executionExceptional communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functionallyNon-NegotiableThis role requires in-house brand leadership experience. Agency experience is a plus—but owning brands day-to-day, balancing multiple priorities, and driving outcomes from the inside is essential.What We OfferAs an employee at Tacony, you receive more than just a paycheck.
