Job Description: This client-facing role requires an individual with product, data, and strategic account management experience to help integrate and create bespoke solutions for top merchants. • Deep understanding of the telecom industry, including wireless cellular and home internet, sales cycles, and customer acquisition processes • Knowledge of telecom service contracts, customer onboarding, and general business operations • Partner with key external stakeholders to grow and cultivate Capital One Shopping • Leverage data and analytical methodologies to optimize and grow your book of business • Teach, support, and train agencies, industry partners, and other stakeholders on Capital One Shopping • Work with Product, Revenue Management, and other constituents to drive business • Technical skills (analytic platforms, APIs, proprietary tools) are a plus • Owning a broad portfolio of enterprise relationships; proven ability to influence and build consensus across multiple teams • Demonstrated success leveraging data, analytical, and communication skills • Create and deliver executive level decks & materials Key Responsibilities Include: • Familiarity with telecom category nuances, trends, and competitive landscapes • Understanding of new customer acquisition and onboarding within telecom sector • Strong strategic, analytical, and data-analysis skills • Demonstrated experience and results in strategic client facing interactions • Experience identifying, creating, and building strategies to achieve organizational objectives • Prior experience taking full ownership of client relationships and partnering with internal stakeholders to create customized solutions • Experience partnering on and creating product roadmaps • A strong deference to team culture, collaboration, and open communication Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree • Experience with telecom customer lifecycle management and churn reduction strategies • Demonstrated ability navigating complex organizational structures of major telecom providers • 10+ years of affiliate, enterprise sales, or performance marketing experience • Experience managing technical sales and integrations
