As a senior leader you will be accountable for developing and implementing scalable marketing strategies and initiatives to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and deliver exceptional experiences for our employees and community members. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for community engagement, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of influencer, ambassador or advocacy-based marketing initiatives. You will oversee efficient development and execution of internal, chapter, and volunteer communications and marketing strategies. You will be part of the Global Marketing leadership team and report to the Chief Marketing Officer. • 10+ years of experience in community engagement, loyalty programs, retention marketing, or related areas • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills in a virtual-first global workforce.
