In this leadership role, you will develop and oversee cross-channel media audits, build growth models and forecasts, and ensure all aspects of performance marketing (media, creative, data, technology) work in unison to drive profitable growth for our clients. This role is critical in guiding DTC and Fortune 500 brands alike to achieve aggressive growth targets, and is ideal for a hands-on practitioner with deep performance media experience who thrives in a bold, fast-paced agency environment. Experience / Knowledge Required • 5-7+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or growth strategy, with a demonstrable track record of driving measurable business results (agency or client-side). You must be as comfortable giving feedback on a TikTok video as you are analyzing a media mix model. • Consulting & Analytical Excellence: Experience in a consulting or strategic planning role is highly preferred.
