Job Contributions And Key Responsibilities Leadership and Management Support • Lead the development and creation of strategic communications for RAC globally, working with leadership to drive a proactive message that aligns with company goals, initiatives, and objectives, both internally and externally. • Develop email communications, campaigns, and other materials that support their business needs. • Support overall business goals by working with Directors and their teams across the company, including production, human resources, organizational development, wellness, safety and other critical departments to help drive their department initiatives through company communications. • Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Management Team to develop/support and implement communication events including Annual State of the Company, District Company Townhalls, Taste of the Marketplace, Facebook Live Events, as well as communication materials such as the Global Newsletter, Company videos (You Tube), Beyond the Berry Podcast and other Company global communications. • Successfully measure the progress, results, and impact of communications efforts on internal channels (SharePoint, Teams, Mail Chimp) and external channels (Social Media, Google Analytics, Website).
