Director Customer Marketing - Software

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Customer Marketing-Software for BA to join our team. The Director of Customer Marketing-Software for BA defines and drives the BA Software Marketing strategy across Honeywell Building Automation's regions with the goal of demonstrating marketing's impact on revenue and supporting sustainable and profitable organic business growth. • Develop and define the BA Software Marketing strategy plan by country and vertical to drive business growth targets • Own the strategy and development of priority integrated campaigns, including paid media and ABM, to achieve growth over a defined period in compliance with Global Delivery Models and marketing sourced revenue • Own audience segmentation and development of strategies to address target segments • Partner with GBE Presidents and Portfolio Leaders to adjust marketing approach based on business priorities • Collaborate with General Managers and sales teams to achieve growth targets and pipeline velocity • Drive product marketing and ensure that new product launches are successful • Build out BA Software marketing programs and grow relationships with key accounts • Drive Lead Generation by generating a strong sales pipeline through campaigns and external events • Partner with Event Planning for Sales kickoff, webinars, training and customer roadshows • Generate insight and foresight from analytics and identify actions to drive increased share of demand • Analyze our competitive landscape and customer insights to develop strategic marketing plans • Propose and manage content strategies that engage our audiences and stimulate sharing • Manage marketing budget • Manage, coach, evaluate and develop talent, and hold team members to high standard. A master's degree or MBA is preferred • Data driven leader with deep experience in software marketing • Proven experience in managing global marketing teams and marketing budgets • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with a proven track record of executing high-impact, results-oriented integrated marketing programs • Proven experience in building and executing digital marketing campaigns, online advertising, and social media strategies in a B2B marketing environment.
