What you’ll bring: • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field • 7+ years in B2B marketing, with 5+ years in demand generation leadership • Hands-on experience with owning overall campaign execution and pipeline acceleration leading to marketing-sourced revenue for a specific segment • Proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ownership of translating data into actionable changes that improve results • Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize team’s time and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced environment • Extraordinary ability to project manage teams’ workloads and priorities while being held accountable to a global team’s processes and workflows • Ability to see, manage to and create programs that accelerate the big picture view of our marketing strategy, and translate those for your team • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Ability to manage budgets and report on KPIs • Culture Agility.
