The Director of Digital and Performance Marketing is a key contributor to digital engagement and performance initiatives across the entire brand portfolio of Tire Discounters (TD) and its family of brands. This individual will collaborate closely and provide ongoing support directly to the Manager, Digital and Performance Marketing in executing digital marketing efforts and projects, and take ownership of specific areas within the broader digital marketing landscape, effectively executing plans, analyzing data with keen eyes, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, utilizing a blend of creativity, meticulous attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, a process-oriented approach, and a sense of urgency. • Optimize website performance and user experience to enhance digital conversion, including testing and data-driven adjustments. • Communicate digital marketing plans and performance to key stakeholders, including executive leadership. • Leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.
