Position Summary Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to : • Develop and implement digital strategy resulting in increased sales • Manage and execute email marketing programs from beginning to end, including strategic development, planning, targeting, setup, testing, and execution • Action on data from digital marketing efforts based on promotions, product, audience, and segment level to optimize spend and marketing performance • Evolve our digital presence; including, but not limited to, media programs, omni channel strategies and implementation of new emerging channels • Partner with internal teams, senior leadership, and media agencies to optimize marketing and social media strategies to achieve sales objectives • Increase new customer acquisition and reengagement strategies & performance across web & app • Use advanced analytical skills to monitor trends, diagnose problems and surface opportunities • Lead cross-functional meetings and drive team alignment on business objectives Qualifications : • 5+ years of digital marketing experience working with a wide variety of digital marketing campaigns, i.e., website, email, social media, and / or marketing automation. • Fluent in building and executing digital media plans • Proven wins delivered from digital, mobile, app strategy, and loyalty programs • Experience working with web analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics • Experience analyzing and reporting on digital marketing performance including traffic and conversion • Working knowledge of HubSpot, building email flow & deep segmentation ideal but not required • Proven track record of developing and executing high performing customer acquisition strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. • This is an in-office role based in Dallas, TX.
