Director Digital Marketing Operations

The individual will develop and implement a marketing technology ecosystem and roadmap, maintain SEO optimized webpages, configure lead capture platforms for events, identify, develop and execute marketing automation programs to support omni-channel demand generation campaigns, and create and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reporting and analytics across the managed platforms empowering the Global Marketing team to achieve optimal results. Reporting to the VP Global Marketing, the individual will lead a team in executing the digital marketing technology stack, continuously monitoring digital marketing performance and identifying areas for improvement by collaborating with Strategic Marketing and other members of the marketing team to regularly test new tools, campaign strategies and features, analyze data and implement changes to optimize the customer journey.
