Inclusively is partnering with a two professional sports teams to hire a Director, Digital Marketing. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company. • Lead and mentor a digital team, including in-house specialists and our marketing agency partner, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. • Become a thought leader by developing a deep understanding for the business of sports and the behaviors of sports fans. What you’ll bring: • 8+ years of professional experience in performance marketing or digital advertising; ideally at a digital agency or a large consumer brand; past work in sports & entertainment marketing also a plus • Highly adaptable, with the skills, demeanor and confidence to thrive in a (very) fast-paced environment • Deep understanding of performance marketing channels including Meta, YouTube, Google Display, SEO, SEM, email and SMS • Skilled in digital automation tools (Eloqua, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.)
