The Director, Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the digital/omni channel brand strategy for Oxervate in the US which includes the development of branded and disease state marketing resources/tactics for ECPs and patients with a goal of growing the prescriber base and the number of patients receiving Oxervate as well as increasing overall disease awareness for NK. The core responsibilities of the Director, Oxervate Digital Marketing include: Develop and execute a comprehensive omni-channel (SEO, SEM, social media, email, website, and content) digital marketing plan that aligns with brand goals. A bachelor’s degree, MBA, or master’s level degree a plus Minimum 8 years of experience in omni-channel digital marketing roles with a track record of success (health care experience a plus but not required) Experience managing external vendors including agencies of record (AORs) Experience planning and executing a multi-faceted digital marketing campaign Strong analytical skills and experience measuring success of digital programs A proven track record of self-driven results-oriented work history Experience collaborating with market research to gain customer insights that will lead to activities that drive the business Self-starter that can readily take action on challenges with an appropriate level of planning Understanding of pharmaceutical legal and regulatory requirements and material approval process a plus but not a requirement Experience with cross-functional review committees SkillsTechnical:Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software) Experience in project management including planning, execution and managing budgets for marketing campaigns Ability to analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g. open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI) Awareness of AI-driven marketing tools and programmatic advertising Experience partnering with agencies to create impactful digital branded campaigns Metrics driven mindset, with experience analyzing user behavior & marketing activities to improve customer experience Understanding of various vehicles for creating insights and understanding behaviors and needs of target audiences Personal:Results-oriented Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, start-up environment Critical thinker and active listener Influential in driving outcomes and buy-in for ideas Ability to manage multiple projects, simplify approach, and prioritize Teamwork & collaboration The desire to actively solicit feedback on performance and skill development needs Appreciation for diversity of perspectives and approaches among peers BenefitsComprehensive medical benefits: we value access to healthcare for our patients as well as our employees Generous vacation / holiday time off: we care about our employees and encourage a balanced lifestyle Competitive 401(K) matching Bay Area office with great views, located in vibrant downtown San Mateo and within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and the Cal Train A super cool team who’s excited to transform lives through innovative therapies Base Salary: $200,000 - $235,000 a year At Dompe, we offer an attractive compensation package to our team members.
