Director, Digital Marketing

This role blends performance marketing expertise with strategic advisory capabilities, ensuring that both D2C and affinity partner categories deliver full-funnel growth through data-driven insights, digital best practices, and an optimized channel strategy. The primary focus of this role is driving direct-to-consumer and affinity growth through digital channels in AGIA, an established, but growing insurance and benefits marketing partner to some of the largest and most iconic associations and organizations in the country. This position will be working for AGIA Affinity (a DOXA company) which is an established but growing insurance and benefits marketing partner to some of the largest and most iconic associations and organizations in the country. • Develop, own, and execute the DTC digital marketing strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention, leading full-funnel campaign planning across paid search, paid social, display, video, email, SEO, and website optimization.
