The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading innovative, data-driven digital strategies that drive artist growth, audience engagement, and revenue across BMLG’s roster. • Act as a though leader in the digital space, identifying new opportunities in emerging platforms, fan engagement tools, and evolving algorithms. • Leverage artist platforms and fan engagement tactics to drive visibility, engagement, and consumption.
