Director, Digital Marketing

First Entertainment Credit Union is looking for a Director, Digital Marketing with an innovative mindset to join our journey to create a buat‑in‑class digital experience for our members. An expert digital storyteller, the ideal candidate will operate analytically, think outside the box to identify growth opportunities, and have a passion for creating engaging digital campaigns and content. • Monitor digital campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities, recalibrate targeting, messaging, and creative assets based on audience behavior and responses to maximize ROI. • Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of work‑related experience in a full‑service financial institution or experience in a related position in a related field highly preferred. • Knowledge: Working knowledge of Credit Union or banking products and services, procedures and guidelines, and field of membership requirements.
