The Director, Digital Marketing & Paid Media will lead the organization’s digital growth strategy, overseeing paid media, digital marketing performance, and fan lifecycle marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, this position will oversee paid media strategy across multiple digital platforms while managing lifecycle marketing initiatives including email, SMS, website optimization, landing pages, and marketing automation. Success in this role will be measured by ticket revenue driven through digital channels, growth of the team’s fan database, cost-per-acquisition metrics, and return on advertising spend across all digital marketing campaigns. • Analyze campaign performance, attribution data, and audience insights to improve conversion rates and maximize campaign ROI. • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing, preferably in sports, entertainment, ecommerce, or live events.
