Director, Field Marketing

As the Field Marketing Director, you will be a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing Randstad's marketing strategy and growth initiatives in the US market. Collaborating closely with sales teams, you will oversee a team of field marketing professionals and ensure that marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated with sales strategies to drive measurable growth and revenue generation. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s).
