Director, Field Marketing - Central, Midwest and Southwest Regions-US Based Remote

This is a hybrid role- you will work from home and will be required to travel throughout Arizona, Austin, Chicago, Colorado, Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston, Minnesota, Ohio, Pittsburgh, St. Louis and Utah. Coldwell Banker Realty is seeking a strategic, innovative and results-driven Field Marketing Director to lead a team and the marketing efforts across some of our most dynamic regions. • Develop relationship with top-producing agents to support their marketing and business goals, focusing on the company’s products and programs • Effectively communicate the Coldwell Banker marketing suite and technology stack and its benefits and provide support • Conduct research and analysis on competing brokerages, identifying opportunities, and working with company leaders to connect competitive advantages with actionable strategic decisions • Exercise tact, discretion, judgment, and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with all levels of internal and external customers Coldwell Banker is a subsidiary of Anywhere Real Estate Inc.
