Director, Field Marketing

Cornerstone is looking for a Director of Field Marketing to join our Field Marketing team. We are looking for a creative, driven, and strategic leader to focus on building compelling marketing campaign activations that create a qualified pipeline for both new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities within the base. In this role, you will be responsible for: Strategy Development: • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and activations to drive customer expansion and retention goals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, product and customer success to gather insights and data to inform customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning Campaign Management: • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of field marketing campaigns • Utilize customer data and analytics to create personalized and targeted messaging that resonates with our Americas customers
