Director, Global Marketing Communication

Lincoln Electric is the world leader in the engineering, design, and manufacturing of advanced arc welding solutions, automated joining, assembly and cutting systems, plasma and oxy-fuel cutting equipment, and has a leading global position in brazing and soldering alloys. This role oversees all external-facing communications, including brand messaging, digital marketing, media relations, and product communications, ensuring consistency across global markets. • Lead the creation of high-impact content for product launches, campaigns, events, and thought leadership. Product & Customer Communications: • Collaborate with product management and sales to develop go-to-market messaging and customer-facing materials. • 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 5 years in a global marketing communications leadership role.
