The Director, Growth Marketing – Paid Media position will own paid media as a core enterprise growth lever for UPS—driving measurable impact on revenue, pipeline, and customer acquisition through disciplined investment, advanced measurement, and continuous optimization. This role sets the strategy, investment approach, and performance agenda across paid search and U.S. advertising, while also leading the UPS–American Express partnership as a scaled driver of co-funded growth.
