The Director of Marketing & Integrated Communications is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for strengthening St. Matthew’s House’s brand, advancing fundraising and event efforts, supporting volunteer engagement, and driving awareness and revenue for our social enterprises. The Director stewards SMH’s Christ-centered mission story and ensures clear, compelling, and consistent messaging across Mission, Development, Events, and Social Enterprises. Mission Storytelling & Message Strategy Oversee website strategy, SEO, social media, and digital advertising Use CRM tools (Virtuous preferred) for segmentation, execution, and reporting Champion modern tools, automation, analytics, and AI (Copilot and approved tools) to improve efficiency and output Requirements: Qualifications Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work occasional nights/weekends and travel to SMH locations Valid Florida driver’s license and required auto insurance.
