The ideal candidate is both a strong leader and a hands-on contributor. Inspires others to try new approaches and serves as a role model to the team.QualificationsGraduate of a four-year college or university10+ years of integrated media planning experienceTrack record of handling big client ambitions, automotive a plusAbility to create and execute a holistic channel approach to planningExperience collaborating with media owners, agency business units and creative agency partnersProven leadership ability and experience managing a team; a strong desire and ability to grow and develop talentAdvanced knowledge of media fundamentals and an ability to educate at all levelsStrong comfort level with data, analytics, and measurementTennessee: $170,000Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.Omnicom is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
