A member of the International marketing leadership team, this role collaborates closely with the International marketing team, direct reports, field business teams, and cross functional teams to create, execute and oversee our digital and delivery marketing strategies to accelerate the growth of Inspire Brands’ digital sales performance. Build a best-in-class international loyalty marketing strategy by brand • Guide franchisees, agencies and Inspire field marketing counterparts on how to contribute to sales targets by driving incremental sales through loyalty programs • Develop targeted digital marketing strategies and campaigns for each brand across a variety of digital channels • Collaborate with US brand and Commercial loyalty teams and benchmark global competitors to identify best practices to design and grow our loyalty platforms • Define loyalty offers by brand that drive acquisition and build frequency while ensuring strong unit level economic model • Measure and optimize performance of loyalty to meet business goals • Design 1:1 targeting strategy and provide continuous best practices and content to grow active users and sales • Lead digital and creative teams in generating creative digital ideas and concepts • Collaborate with IT leadership to enable the digital roadmap • Monitor and optimize performance of owned digital platforms to achieve brand and business goals • Prioritize digital program development and deployment with field business team alignment • Identify opportunities from the latest digital trends and technology to keep the platform ahead of the competition • Identify new resources to drive traffic, ranking, and visibility to our owned channels (app, website and online ordering), such as SEO and media, and integrate capabilities into existing and future owned digital platforms for franchisee/licensee opt-in • Energize our team, agencies and licensees around all digital marketing programs REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES • Leadership experience in digital marketing or similar marketing leadership role preferred • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally • Experience leading digital agency relationships through creation and deployment of digital platforms (app, OLO, loyalty) • Experience with the marketing mix (4 P’s) and understanding marketing principals and strategy • Experience working with third-party delivery aggregator brands • Clear understanding and experience in how to leverage data from digital platforms to generate actionable insights • Possess strong business acumen and leadership skills • Has the ability to think strategically and creatively • Ability to collect and synthesize information, making it relevant, understandable, and actionable for key stakeholders • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially the ability to explain difficult concepts in applicable business terms.
