Leads the development of MarCom plans to meet organizational objectives and priorities. Partners with the sr. director of integrated marketing and communications and the director of digital marketing to ensure cross-team collaboration, optimized performance and quality outcomes. Provides leadership for staff, including teams in service line strategy and creative services to inspire a shared vision and alignment with organizational objectives and goals. Must possess technical knowledge and experience in emerging digital technologies Years of relevant experience: Minimum 5 years of advertising and marketing and/or creative experience required.
